Local Pickup Order Policy

Because timber requires specific staging and handling, River Pine Products considers all Local Pickup orders final once payment is processed online. We do not offer full refunds or cancellations for "change of mind" on pickup orders.

If you need to cancel a pickup order before collection, the following fee structure applies to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees and yard labor:

• 5% Administrative Fee: Applies to all canceled pickup orders to cover non-refundable payment processing charges.

• 20% Restocking Fee: Applies instead of the administrative fee if your timber has already been physically picked, strapped, and staged in our loading bay prior to cancellation.

Please double-check your quantities, measurements, and vehicle capacity before completing your purchase online. (Note: This policy applies to change-of-mind cancellations and does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law regarding goods that are faulty or not as described).
